an exercise in exploring complexity and tension

Daily Work

Using current assessment methodologies, we work collaboratively with program leadership and participants to assess academic, co-curricular and administrative programs against established outcomes and develop strategies for program growth and improved learning.

We support our community members – a body made up of faculty, staff and both on and off-campus student body. This support is provided in a realm where fiscal realities frame the day-to-day experience and abilities of our community and impacts our work and our well-being as a campus community.

High Staff turnover due to the unstable nature of our financial condition has led to loss of institutional knowledge and skills.

Teach students, help students make connections and transferable knowledge, building relationships, helping students navigate PSU and navigate the greater world, helping students create a sustainable life-style, curriculum design, working on our own research, scholarship and creative pursuits. Reconsidering and defining how we can create a more sustainable university.
